Behind the Name
Satori is Japanese and means 'sudden enlightenment, awakening, comprehension, understanding' or as in the experience of kensho 'seeing into ones true nature'. It also plays into our farm theme names i.e. Safyre = Sacred (Sa) Fire (Fyre). Satori = Sacred (Sa) Tori (plural form of Torus - a geometric, 3d shape created by a revolving circle. Examples of tori - auras, magnetic field around Earth ).
